Jose Carlos Lima
Jose Carlos Lima is a second degree black belt under Julio Cesar Pereira
and is the head coach at Kato Jiu Jitsu in Mankato! He has
won multiple important titles in his career and is considered one of the best rooster
weight competitors of his generation! He and his fiancé, Ali Lundgren, founded The Flow Lab, our
association that includes of Kato Jiu Jitsu
in Mankato, Nu Jitsu in New Ulm, and The
Flow Lab Owatonna!
Matt Lumsden
Matt Lumsden is part owner and head coach here at The Flow Lab Owatonna. He is a brown belt under Jose Carlos Lima. He teaches the majority of the classes!
